12/16/2023 0 Comments Ffxiv queue times flood![]() ![]() Until the Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker team is able to obtain the physical materials needed to create more servers though, the long queue times will likely persist. The long queue times largely depend on how populated your server is and whether or not you're a free trial player who is placed below subscribed players in the queue. As of right now, there are no plans to delay Patch 6.05 and Pandaemonium: Asphodelos (Savage) unless there are some unforeseen major issues. Yeah, we waited patiently in queue for 2 hours, I got 2002d several times in a row at 300, girlfriend got 2002d at 1. Square Enix hasn't announced when sales and free trial registrations of FFXIV will resume, but when they do the queue issues will continue to grow. Yes you can log back in within a minutes and you Might keep your queue spot but I want to watch something else will I queue I can’t be constantly looking at the login screen for 2-3 hours. The game's popularity shows no signs of slowing down and it's yet to be seen if the decision to stop advertising will slow down the flood of new players. The issue won't solve itself until the server gets populated sadly. Dynamis just sees the issue of everyone dc traveling because the queue are bad. As soon as the DPS queues go down these people will queue as DPS and then the queue times go up again. Lets say someone will queue as DPS if wait is <10 mins but healer/tank if wait is >10 mins.So it's still fairly quick event early weekdays. Certain people queue for tank/healer because they specifically want shorter queues and they all have a certain tolerance. Few people play there there is usually less than 10 pf during prime time, over half of which are advertisements under 'others,' so it can't be because of 'real people' congestion. For the past two days, it takes over 10 minutes to go back to dynamis (data center travel). ![]() ![]() When Square Enix resumes sales and free trial registrations, it's likely that the game's giant login queues will only grow longer.įFXIV: Endwalker's biggest problem is its login queues, and it's hard to say when they will return to reasonable levels. Queued in as tank with dps buddy around noon/1pm yesterday and it took about 10 min. 10+ minute queue time back to Dynamis, 10pm at night. Endwalker has lots of new features that have yet to be added to the game, and at this rate, it doesn't seem like FFXIV's server congestion is going to be alleviated. This normally isn't an issue, but an achievement: keeping subscribers engaged is one main goal of an MMO's development team. Published Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker has launched in early access, which means server congestion and long queue times. If players' enthusiasm hasn't been curbed yet, the addition of new content will encourage them to log in. Patch 6.05 is scheduled for release on January 4, which will add the Savage mode of the raid series. Patch 6.01 fixed the Error 2002 issue while also adding Pandaemonium: Asphodelos, the new raid dungeon. FFXIV will add more servers as soon as it can, but the expansion's stream of new content may make the game's congestion problems even worse. ![]()
